Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Inkora (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can bind it to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Your content and ownership

You retain all rights to the briefs you submit and to the books generated for you (“Your Content”). Inkora claims no ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content only to operate the Service — for example to generate chapters, render exports and, if you choose to publish, show your book in the public bookstore.

AI-generated text may resemble existing works by coincidence. You are responsible for reviewing your book before publishing and for complying with each retailer's policies, including disclosure of AI-assisted content where required.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, defames real people, sexualises minors, promotes violence or hatred, or is designed to deceive (for example fake reviews or impersonation). We may suspend accounts or remove published books that break these rules.

5. Credits and payments

Generation is paid for with credits. Credits are purchased in one-time packs, do not expire while your account is active, and have no cash value. Prices are shown before purchase and payments are processed by our payment partner.

Credits are charged for words actually generated. If a purchase was made in error or the Service failed to deliver, contact support@myinkora.com within 14 days and we will review a refund of unused credits.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but it is provided “as is”. AI providers may be temporarily unavailable; generation will resume or can be retried. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Inkora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you should download your books beforehand.
